• If you receive the wrong model , a defective product or one with missing accessories , or if you change your mind , you can return the item for free .
  
• If the product is damaged during transport , please report it to us within 3 working days of receipt.
  
• After 30 days, we offer a 12-month commercial warranty from receipt, covering material defects.
  
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including reduced battery capacity), damage caused by violent shocks or oxidation (liquid damage), or repairs or modifications carried out by an unauthorized third party.
