Delivery times are indicated on each product page, clearly and systematically.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

For any order placed after 1 p.m., the delivery time will be calculated from 8 a.m. the following morning.

A tracking number for your package will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order, so you can follow its progress in real time.

In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected. During periods like Christmas, a high influx of orders or adverse weather conditions can extend delivery times. Additionally, large or specific items may require additional delivery time.
