How can I return an item purchased on Relo?
You can return any item purchased on Relo within 30 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our return policy.
Eligible reasons for return?
You can return your device within 30 days if:
- You changed your mind.
- The item does not match the condition description.
- The item is defective or does not function properly.
- Accessories are missing or incorrect.
What is the return period?
The 30-day return period starts from the date of delivery of the package.
Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted.
How do I initiate a return?
- Submit your request via the Returns Center page.
- Receive approved return instructions and a return label by email.
- Ship your item using the provided label. Do not return any item to the sender's address or the address shown on the package.
- Relo inspects your returned device upon arrival.
- Refunds are issued within 1–5 business days after inspection.
Who pays the return shipping and are there any additional fees?
Return shipping is free and covered by Relo.
A prepaid return label will be provided for all eligible returns.
No restocking fees are applied to returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days after Relo inspects the returned device. Please allow additional time for bank processing.
Can I exchange my phone instead of receiving a refund?
Relo does not offer direct exchanges. To switch devices, please return your current phone for a refund and place a new order for another device.
What if my phone's appearance does not match the description?
Relo offers different condition categories to accommodate a wide inventory. Some phones may show more signs of wear or visible marks depending on the model.
If your phone does not meet your expectations, you are covered by our 30-day return policy.
How do I return an accessory?
Please contact Relo customer service if you wish to return an accessory. Return instructions and a label will be provided if the return is eligible.
Additional notes?
Returns are accepted for any reason within the 30-day period.
Ensure all accessories and packaging are included; missing items may affect eligibility.
Orders beyond the 30-day return period are final, but functional issues remain covered by Relo’s warranty.
