How do I return my iPhone for a refund?
You can return your iPhone within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The phone must be in its original condition and include all accessories and packaging.
To begin your return: Please submit your request through the Return Center page.
Then, return your phone following the shipping instructions.
Once the warranty team has received and inspected the device, the refund will be issued within approximately 5 business days. After the refund is issued, please allow additional time for the payment to be credited to your account.
When will I receive my refund after returning my phone?
Once Relo receives and inspects your phone, your refund will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
What should I know about Relo's return policy?
At Relo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your phone or simply change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for any reason during this period.
The phone must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
Refunds are processed after inspection, and missing accessories may affect eligibility.
If the return period has passed, the purchase is considered final, but you remain covered by the Relo warranty for any operational issues you may encounter.
What if my phone's appearance doesn't match the description?
At Relo, we offer different condition categories to accommodate a wide range of inventory, which naturally leads to variations between models. Some phones may show more signs of wear than others, or may have visible marks on the frame, body, or screen, depending on the phone.
If your phone doesn't look as good as you expected, you're covered by our 30-day return policy.

- Then, follow the shipping instructions provided to return your phone.
How do I return an accessory to Relo?
Please contact customer service if you wish to return an accessory.
Can I exchange my phone instead of getting a refund?
Unfortunately, Relo does not offer direct exchanges. For accounting reasons, we cannot adjust the value of your original order. However, you can return your phone for a refund and place a new order for another device.
